Here are answers to the most common questions from bars, breweries, wineries, and organizations considering Trivium Trivia. If you don't see your question here, feel free to contact me— I’m always happy to help!

Getting Started

  • Once you get going, you simply log in to your account every few weeks to download the latest games and email them to your host. If you’d like, I can create a log-in for your host so that you don’t even have to do that! The goal is to make it as easy on you as possible.

  • Your trivia library is always stocked with four weeks of fresh games + answers, an answer sheet template, a scoreboard template, tie-breaker ideas, and host training materials (video and written.)

  • Immediatley! Once you find your host and get your screen/microphone situation figured out— you’re good to go. The host training video is about 30 minutes long.

Hosting

  • Not at all. You just need a friendly, reliable person who thinks it sounds like fun. The host training video and materials will teach them all they need to know.

  • A laptop, one (or more) TV screens or projectors, and a microphone. That's it.

  • The games are designed to last for two hours but you’re welcome to speed it up or slow it down.

  • The weekly games are delivered 100% ready to use, but if your host wants to get creative and add their own flair— go for it!

Subscription

  • Never any contracts or commitments!

  • Absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you'd like.

  • Start your free trial using the code FREETRIAL during checkout to receive four weeks free. If you enjoy the games, your subscription simply continues at $150/month. Cancel before your trial ends if it isn't the right fit.

  • Every single Friday!

The Games

  • Generally yes. It’s trivia for drinking establishments so yes, you’ll see questions about alcohol and serial killers and what not but Trivium games are designed for a wide audience and avoid unnecessarily offensive or inappropriate content.

  • The games are designed as so not to alienate casual players, while still challenging experienced trivia teams. People should leave trivia night having learned some things!

  • Each week there are 4 categories of 10 questions, with occasional bonus questions.

  • Nope! We've been creating original trivia for more than 16 years and publish fresh content every week. The world is always changing and there’s always fresh content and ways to dig in deeper.
